If you have any questions about any of our products or services or have an idea for your home you’d like to discuss, we’d love to hear from you.

There are lots of different ways to get in touch with us which we have outlined below along with our standard service hours and response times.

Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

During these times our response will typically be immediate. Just ask us a question using the chat tool at the bottom right hand corner of this or any other web page and we’ll respond right away. Outside our standard service hours you can also use the chat tool to leave us a message and we’ll get back to you at the start of the following business day.

We’ll usually answer right away but we are a small team so if we’re in the warehouse when you call, please leave a message and we’ll call you straight back.

Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm Contact: hello@curiousegg.com. Our typical e-mail response time during standard service hours is 2-4 hours although we are often able to reply more quickly than this. You can also use the chat tool to leave us a message outside of our service hours and we’ll get back to you by email.
