Original Mixed Media Artwork โ Angel #3
Exclusive to Curious Egg. These miniature original screenprints are intriguing little things. They portray photographic screenprinted images of a modern day angel layered with painterly marks, drips and splashes that give the prints an edge and theatrical playfulness. Rachel recycled the wood from the screenprinting frame used to print the images to create a wooden mount that matches the rawness of the prints. They look particularly fabulous hung in a set but also make intimate little artworks on their own.
This is Angel#3, she means well but tends to take on too much andends upin a bit of a pickle (often to the amusement of others) she never seems to learn!

Rachel Louise Lee graduated in 2015 from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in Dundee Scotland with a BA Hons (First Class) in Fine Art. She received the Bernard Cooper Memorial Award for the best portfolio of work in the year and her work featured in โOnes to watchโ from DJCAD as well as โThe Silk Roadโ Dundee Print Collective exhibition in China.
